Chapter NINTH has hatched: we're setting the stage for the final segment. How many ways can you open your eyes?
I'm sorry for the long delay before this chapter; I've been struggling a lot with depression and writer's block. Touch wood, that seems to be easing up, and if possible, I'm going to build up a buffer to make the last segment flow a little more smoothly.
