VECTOR chapter 11

VECTOR chapter 11 is up! This is the longest chapter yet, clocking in at 5569 words.

CORAL attacks a State mining town on behalf of the Witnesses with all the speed and force a VECTOR can summon, but she doesn't know the horrors she'll find. A certain Engineer makes a return. NEMATODE's plan moves forward.

I've also made some minor tweaks to the end of Chapter 10, since I felt I made some mistakes in characterising the Witnesses. VECTOR is definitely going to overrun 12 chapters at this point, but more on that when we wrap up segment CEPHALIC.
